Key Responsibilities

  • Determine patient eligibility for third-party reimbursement by adhering to specific program guidelines.
  • Process essential data to efficiently admit new patients into the CPCDMS system.
  • Coordinate and set initial service appointments for patients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
  • Ensure accurate coding for insurance billing to streamline financial transactions.
  • Handle inquiries from prospective applicants and patients with professionalism and empathy.
  • Participate in all required safety and annual education programs to stay ahead in industry practices.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • 3-5 years of medical billing experience preferred, showcasing your expertise in the field.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory for effective communication.
  • Experience with ICD-A or CPT codes is preferred, highlighting your detailed understanding of coding protocols.
